Held at the Historic Joliet Renaissance Center, 214 N. Ottawa Street in Joliet, Ill., and the Joliet Area Historical Museum Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m., all committee members will be dressed in witch costumes and attendees are expected to wear witch costumes... however costumes are not required!

Your $10 Admisson ticket has a stub on it

for you to enter the DOOR PRIZE which is a

$500 Shopping Spree!

The drawing will take place at 8 p.m.

The winner does not have to be present.

The Renaissance Center Atrium, Ballroom, Dining Room,

and the adjacent roof top space will be decorated.

 The Ballroom will be staged as a Bazaar

with local merchants and crafters.

 

The Renaissance Center Dining Room will be open

serving a cash Buffet prepared by

Joliet Junior College's award winning culinary arts students.

A cash bar will be open with a theme drink

that comes with a signature glass.

 

The "Harvest Moon Band" will play on the roof top terrace of the Joliet Area Historical Museum ~AND~ the museum WILL BE OPEN with free admission!  The Museum Rt. 66 Gift Shop will be open as well.

For a donation, other entertainment includes

phychic readers and a professional photographer will take your photo in front of a haunted house backdrop.

In the ATRIUM by the fountain, there will be a "fashion show" at 8 p.m. where prizes will be awarded for the best dressed over-all, best makeup & accessories, best hat, best broom, and best shoes.

 The best dressed prize entry is included in the admission ticket this year!  Also note that the organization of this activity will be better, we promise.

Also in the Atrium will be the RAFFLE items.  Don't forget to bring $ because the raffle items will be really really nice...we aren't kiddin'!

NEW this year is the "Witch Hunt" This is a seek and find game with prizes !  Anyone who desires to participate will be given a list of "QUESTIONS" .  The answers to the questions will need to be sought from some of the merchants' tables in the BAZAAR.  All lists handed in with correctly answered questions will be eligible for prizes.  Multiple winners will be drawn from the collective group of all eligible  Witch Hunters.

 PARK YOUR CAR WITH THE VALET SERVICE FOR ONLY $5.  TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Proceeds will derive from sponsors, admission tickets, vendor fees, raffle tickets, photography, and psychic readings and will be disbursed within 30 days to the agencies identified by the Witches Night Out Event Organization Committee.
